Too Easy Ruler

A ruler for doing many different things.  Originally invented to do Seminole strips with little or no waste of fabric and where the user is in control of the size and what is in the centre square. (eg. different size squares, fussy cut squares or patchwork squares).

Perfect for Row By Row Quilts. 
Borders can be made from scraps of fabric.
 
This is a little inexpensive ruler that does a whole lot!
